Adam brings deep, hands-on experience building technology organizations from the ground up, guided by a philosophy that intelligence is only as valuable as an organization's ability to act on it, with people, not algorithms, kept firmly in the driver's seat.

As Chief Technology and AI Officer, he leads Valeris's technology organization with a mandate to put AI to work in service of the people who rely on it — not as a replacement for judgment, but as a way to get the right information to the right person faster.

Most recently, Adam served as Chief Technology Officer at PeakActivity, leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives across pharma, energy, aviation, real estate, and retail, and putting agentic AI into production against real operational workflows rather than pilot projects.

Prior to PeakActivity, he served as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Information Officer at vitaCare Prescription Services (acquired by GoodRx from TherapeuticsMD) across a decade with the organization.
