Jodi Dickinson

Jodi Dickinson serves as Chief People Officer at Valeris, bringing more than 27 years of human resources leadership experience to the role. Known for her deep expertise in culture, engagement, and organizational growth, she is passionate about building mission-driven cultures that align with the company’s commitment to empowering people, patients, providers, and the life sciences community.
As a seasoned HR executive, Jodi has served as a CHRO for over 12 years, leading all aspects of people and culture across Technology/SaaS, Biotechnology, and Education sectors. Most recently, she held the CHRO position at Frontline Technologies (Frontline Education) since 2021. Prior to that, she led global HR functions at Certara and NLCI, Inc. and held senior leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company, Arkema, Inc., Laureate, Aramark, and ENTEX IT Solutions.

Beyond her corporate leadership, she has contributed to higher education and professional development, serving on the Board of Directors for Pennsylvania State University Brandywine, CityLit, and Philadelphia SHRM**. Additionally, she has been an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University, teaching courses in HR Technology Solutions and Strategic Workforce Planning.

Jodi holds a B.S. in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. She also holds HR certifications from Cornell University, SHRM, and HRCI. Based in the Philadelphia suburbs, she enjoys cooking, running, reading, and spending time with her family.
