As Chief Product Officer at Valeris, Jonathan leads the company’s product strategy and innovation efforts. In this role, he is focused on modernizing Valeris’s digital infrastructure, expanding electronic service offerings, and introducing new tools that simplify patient and provider interactions while supporting prescription management and adherence. Jonathan also oversees the company’s enterprise-wide AI Steering Committee, which guides the responsible adoption of AI to ensure innovation is aligned with strategic objectives and patient outcomes.

Since joining Valeris in 2010, Jonathan has held leadership roles in both program management and operations, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer. He has played a key role in developing service offerings across therapeutic areas including rheumatology, neurology, immunology, dermatology, oncology, and mental health, while also building the foundation for Valeris’ expansion into Market Access.

Before beginning his career in patient support services, Jonathan served seven years on active duty as a Field Artillery officer in the United States Army. He holds a BS in Economics with an engineering focus in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
