As Chief Patient Strategy Officer at Valeris, he leads a team of industry experts that develop solutions to access and affordability challenges and drives innovation within existing client programs that improve the patient experience. In his previous role as Chief Growth Officer at PharmaCord, Rob targeted business development initiatives and the delivery of innovative solutions. He brings experience in driving commercial success through distribution and access solutions for life sciences companies.

Rob has spent his 20+ year career in the industry, leading RxCrossroads through two acquisitions, and serving in leadership roles at McKesson, CVS Health, and Omnicare Specialty Care Group, where he successfully delivered revenue, operational improvements, and market share growth. Prior to Omnicare, he has over 10 years of experience leading the operations and business development efforts for Cardinal Health Specialty Solutions, where he helped pioneer and lead many new service offerings.
