Valeris is pleased to announce the appointment of Manish Goel to Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
In his new role, Goel will lead global technology initiatives focused on innovation and improving patient outcomes. With over two decades of experience in the life sciences and healthcare sectors, he brings deep expertise in consulting, software architecture, product management, and SaaS development across both Fortune 500 and private equity-backed organizations. Goel is known for building high-performing engineering teams, successfully launching SaaS technology products, optimizing development through strategic use of offshore resources, and accelerating delivery using agile methodologies. He has overseen large-scale technology portfolios, guiding development from concept to launch and driving measurable business impact.

Prior to joining Valeris, Goel held senior technology leadership roles at several healthcare and technology firms including IQVIA, Mercury Healthcare, and Oracle, where he led transformative initiatives in product engineering, platform modernization, and AI-driven innovation. He holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and PGDM in Finance and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
